Brandon Peters graduated Cum Laude from Princeton University in 1989 with a degree in Public and International Affairs, where he was a member of the Cap and Gown Club. He went on to earn his law degree from the University of Virginia in 1992, taking every antitrust course the law school offered and developing expertise in one of the most analytically demanding areas of law. Brandon spent two summers of his college years excavating middle neolithic archaeological sites across western and central Europe—an unusual pursuit that reflects his intellectual curiosity and willingness to dig deep, whether into ancient history or complex legal problems.
Brandon’s legal career spans more than three decades of civil litigation in both state and federal courts, handling everything from antitrust and commercial litigation to real estate, trust and probate matters, and insurance coverage disputes. He’s represented both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury cases, worked on bad faith insurance claims, and developed a comprehensive understanding of how cases are fought from every angle. Licensed to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida, Brandon brings appellate experience alongside his trial work, giving him strategic insight into how cases should be built from the start.
When he joined Allen Law Firm in November 2025, Brandon brought this wealth of experience to a firm dedicated to fighting for injured clients. Outside the courtroom, he and his wife Stacey live in Levy County with their five sons, two dogs, and a pet rabbit. Brandon’s passion for cooking, reading, and cultivating exotic plants reflects the same attention to detail and patience he brings to developing winning legal strategies for his clients.
