Anthony “Tony” Livingston joined Allen Law Accident & Injury Lawyers in February 2023, bringing nearly two decades of litigation and insurance experience. Tony has been practicing law since 2006, representing clients in a wide range of legal matters, including personal injury, insurance litigation, and large-loss property cases. Tony was raised in Pinellas County, Florida, where he graduated from Osceola High School. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from Eckerd College in 2003.
He went on to receive his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law in 2006, graduating in the top 7% of his class of over 250 students while working full-time for a national title insurance company.
