Abraham Banks

Abraham “Abe” Banks brings nearly two decades of personal injury and wrongful death experience to Allen Law Firm, having dedicated his entire legal career since 2006 to fighting for injured victims and their families. A graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law (Cum Laude), he earned the Book Award for highest ranking in Family Law and is licensed to practice in Florida state courts as well as the U.S. Northern and Middle District Federal Courts. Prior to joining Allen Law Firm in May 2024, he was a named partner at one of Ocala’s oldest established firms, where he assisted thousands of clients and achieved multi-million dollar results.

Before entering law, Abe served as a Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Coast Guard, achieving the rank of Lieutenant (O-3) after graduating with High Honors from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Government. As Regimental Commander—the highest-ranking cadet—he led approximately 1,000 cadets and conducted a Regimental Review for then-Secretary of State Madeleine Albright during graduation ceremonies. His Coast Guard service included search and rescue, ice-breaking operations, and law enforcement missions, as well as serving as a Leadership Instructor at the Academy.

Raised on a twenty-acre farm in the Ozark Mountains of Missouri, Abe brings the same discipline, teamwork, and commitment to excellence from his military service to his legal practice.
