We are seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of securing fair compensation for those who need it most.

Job Description

As an Experienced Personal Injury Attorney at Allen Law, you will handle a diverse caseload involving personal injury claims, including but not limited to motor vehicle accidents, truck accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, and wrongful death cases. You will work closely with clients to assess their cases, develop strategic legal plans, and advocate on their behalf both in and out of the courtroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and manage a portfolio of personal injury cases from inception through resolution.
  • Conduct thorough investigations, gather evidence, and work with expert witnesses as needed.
  • Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and trial proceedings.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and timely legal advice and updates to clients.
  • Guide and direct paralegals, law clerks, and other support staff
  • Conduct intakes or sign-ups, as necessary
  • Attend scene and vehicle inspections, as necessary
  • Stay abreast of legal developments, trends, and changes in personal injury law.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar and a valid license to practice law.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury law, with a proven track record of successful case management.
  • Jury trial experience is strongly preferred, but is not required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle a high caseload and work under pressure.
  • Demonstrated commitment to client advocacy and achieving justice.
