As a case manager/paralegal for our firm, Melissa is a dedicated advocate of our clients and feels strongly about providing the time and attention they deserve from the beginning of their claim to settlement. Although she is a native North Floridian, she began her legal career more than 20 years ago. In 2003, she relocated to the Tampa Bay area where she worked as a Legal Assistant on commercial litigation cases and served as support for a City Attorney.
In 2016, after a little negotiating with her husband, she convinced him to make the move back to North Florida to be closer to family. They now reside in High Springs, Florida with their daughter, Savannah, and two Australian Shepherds. Melissa’s son, Nicholas, is currently stationed in Marathon, Florida with the U.S. Coast Guard. During her off-time Melissa enjoys a little gym time, home projects with her husband, gardening, fishing and camping.
