The founding attorney of Allen Law Firm, Attorney Bill Allen has been practicing personal injury law in North Central Florida since 1992. He graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law after playing college football for the University of Florida in Gainesville. He uses skills learned in athletics – competitiveness and an aggressive, disciplined approach – to take the fight to defense attorneys and insurance companies. Anthony “Tony” Livingston joined Allen Law Firm in February 2023 with years of significant experience handling a wide variety of litigation and insurance matters.  Tony was raised in Pinellas County, Florida where he graduated from Osceola High School. He went on to receive his Baccalaureate degree from Eckerd College in 2003, where he studied Political Science and International Relations. In 2006, Tony received his law degree, Cum Laude, from Stetson University College of Law.

Amanda was born and raised in Gainesville, Florida. She is the daughter of Bill and Ginny Allen, Allen Law Firm’s founding members. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology.

Amanda is licensed to practice in all Florida courts and the United States District Court for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida.

Florida attorney David Carlson was born in Gainesville and raised near Orlando, Florida. He attended the University of Florida and graduated cum laude with a double major in political science and journalism. During his time as an undergraduate, David also rowed on the Florida Crew Team and served as a varsity team captain his senior year.

After teaching high school in Jacksonville, David enrolled at the Levin College of Law at the University of Florida and graduated cum laude. During his time at the Levin College of Law, David competed on the Trial Team and won two Book Awards for academic excellence. David is licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts in Florida. He is an avid Gator fan and enjoys attending UF athletic events.

Jessica grew up in Clearwater, Florida, and attended the University of Florida in 2006 after graduating Summa Cum Laude from the International Baccalaureate program. She attended UF during some of the most exciting years for the Gator sports teams (Go Gators!) and was very active in various organizations on campus. Jessica was awarded the F. Andrew Warden scholarship during her senior year and graduated in 2010.

She then went on to attend the University of Florida Levin College of Law. During law school, she completed extensive coursework in intellectual property law, worked as a research assistant for a law professor, and participated in the mediation clinic. After graduating in 2013, Jessica practiced for some time in South Florida, before moving back to Gainesville with her husband in 2017. She is now a proud attorney at Allen Law Firm, P.A. Jessica and her husband are now the proud parents of two young and adorable kids.
